Eagles vs. Browns Inactives: Trey Burton Out
By Mike Owens Tight end Trey Burton is expected to see increased playing time on offense this season. Unfortunately, we will have to wait another week to see how the Eagles plan on using Burton. The 24-year-old is inactive for Sunday's season opener against the Cleveland Browns. Burton showed up on Friday's injury report with a calf issue. He was a full participant in practice all week before being limited on Friday. Burton was listed as questionable. The absence of Burton means no three-tight end sets on Sunday. The good news is the Eagles will have defensive end Vinny Curry for Sunday's game. Curry, who suffered a knee injury in the preseason, was also listed as questionable. WR Bryce Treggs, S Terrence Brooks, OL Josh Andrews, OL Dillon Gordon, OL Halipoulivaati Vaitai and OL Isaac Seumalo are also inactive. The inactives list tells me that the Eagles are going after RG3. Schwartz has all of his defensive linemen and linebackers at his disposal.
